After years of working in the field of Urban Agriculture, what's clear to many of us is that it's not gardening skills that make a community garden thrive, it's communication skills, and our ability to move through normative conflict with humility, curiosity and grace, and to allow conflict to be a generative instead of destructive force in our garden groups.

Join us Tuesday March 9th at 7pm by clicking the link below to register for this FREE workshop! You don't have to be a community garden coordinator to attend, all folks associated with community gardens are welcome!

There will be a follow up workshop within the month to practice your skills through scenario and role-play based activities.
